1217 administrative fines totaling 319.78 million tenge were imposed, 1120 administrative fines totaling 251.43 million tenge (92%) were paid. (in 2019, 1,661 administrative fines were imposed for a total amount of 6,413. 28 million tenge, 1,524 administrative fines were paid for the amount of 1,737. 26 million tenge (62%);
During the reporting period, 81 administrative fines totaling 168.27 million tenge were forcibly collected from the state revenue since last year. (for 2019, 100 administrative fines in the amount of 1453.07 million tenge)
In total for 12 months of 2020 in the state income collected

During the reporting period, 738 orders were issued with claims for compensation for damage caused to the environment in the total amount of 151,537 million tenge, of which 539 claims were collected in the amount of 645.84 million tenge (73%). In addition, 91 claims for the total amount of 5,886.8 million tenge were collected from the previous year. (for 2019, 1089 orders in the amount of 46,354. 25 million tenge, of which 857 claims in the amount of 1438.06 million tenge (3%) were collected, 79 claims in the amount of 3573.26 million tenge were collected from 2018)
In total, for 12 months of 2020, 656 claims for damages in the amount of 7,142.08 million tenge were collected from the state. (for 2019, 656 claims in the amount of KZT 7,142. 08 million)
162 materials were sent to the court on the suspension of economic activity, 72 of them were satisfied with the court's decision. ( for 2019, 360 materials were submitted to the court, of which 211 were satisfied with the court's decision)
