As part of the working trip, the Governor of the region also visited the territory of houses No. 244/1, 244/3 on N. Nazarbayev Ave. During the meeting with residents, options for improving their yards were discussed.
In Uralsk, there has always been such a practice that the state carried out free landscaping of courtyards, the territory of which, according to the Law "on housing relations", belongs to the residents of these houses. After a few years, the built structures fall into disrepair. They break down, and no one monitors the safety of landscaping. And the residents of houses again asked about the landscaping.
- Today we offer to apply the modernization program and the experience of other cities where the initiative comes from residents. You choose your representative, usually a person from the organization of property owners, who will explain to the mayor's office of the city your preferences in the improvement of the yard. This can include various sports, children's playgrounds, recreation areas for young people, pensioners, tree planting, and so on.
