Ural entrepreneurs have started their own business thanks to the program "Yenbek»

The state program of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship "Enbek"gives people a chance to open their own business and earn good money. Young Ural entrepreneurs Arystan Bersikenev and Ivan Kasmin at some point decided to radically change their lives and ventured to start their own business. And it worked.
To open his own workshop for manufacturing of souvenir production, at least temporarily and in the garage, dare the head of SP "Bodyart" Ivan Kazmin. The young man took courses that teach the basics of entrepreneurship, defended his business plan and received his grant free of charge.
– I learned that there is a program "Bastau business" in October 2019. I received a consultation at the employment center, completed training and received a grant to purchase the necessary equipment, and opened my own business. The training took place within a month and in early December he received his long-awaited grant in the amount of 505 thousand tenge, purchased a laser machine with numerical control in Almaty for 530 thousand tenge, i.e. added his own funds, - the entrepreneur said.
The technology of the process is as follows: first of all, a drawing is created in electronic form on a computer, then the machine works on this image, burns out the contour with a laser. Currently, the man is engaged in the manufacture of wooden Souvenirs-these are key holders, medallions, plaques, boxes, refrigerator magnets, rulers and much more in large quantities and passes to the store "Fun ideas" at the lowest price.
– I try not to inflate prices, I focus on the prices of similar products from Ki-tai and other masters. Therefore, I buy large quantities – - said Ivan. – A big plus is that I founded the workshop in my own garage – I don't spend money on renting a room. But in the future, of course, I plan to expand and increase production. Why did I decide to do this particular job? Previously, I worked in an advertising Agency that produced Souvenirs and I liked it. The demand for Souvenirs is high, there are a lot of orders, especially popular housekeepers "Rules of this house", - said Ivan.

According to Arystan Bersikenev, head of ARS, the state pays close attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses. After learning about the program, the young businessman decided to try his hand by opening his own shop for the production of plastic Windows.
– It all started with the fact that in October last year I learned about the entrepreneurship courses from the Atameken chamber, successfully completed the training, and received a grant in the amount of 505 thousand tenge free of charge. And according to my business plan, I purchased equipment from Turkey. We use it to solder the corners of structures, mainly plastic Windows, doors, balconies, partitions, " says Arystan.
The first serious and large-scale order for the start-up company was received from batysstroyinvest LLP-IP ARS produced 210 Windows for school No. 45. Since may of this year, more than 300 products have been produced.
– Currently, we work in the number of four people. We plan to expand the staff, increase the number of machines, increase productivity from 300 to 600 Windows per month, as the demand for products is constantly increasing. We will try to develop the market outside the city and region, - the entrepreneur shared.
According to the center for employment and social programs, in 2019, grants were allocated for 300 people under the Enbek program, including 68 people from low – income and large families, 147 – young people, 31-people with disabilities plus the unemployed. This year, 105 people received grants, 71 - from low-income families, 10-from large families, 9-disabled people, the rest-unemployed. In September of this year, 215 grants were allocated from the national budget.
