An electronic platform for choosing free land for business was created in the West Kazakhstan region

Now on the online portal invest07.gov.kz any businessman who wants to get land for a new investment project can track all available plots for doing business in the region in real time, see the occupied plots and those for which the lease term ends.

This information was announced by the first Deputy akim of WKO Mukhtar Mankeev during a meeting of business representatives with the leadership of the anti-Corruption service, as well as representatives of authorized state bodies in the field of architecture, urban planning, construction, business development, state revenue and migration, the regional branch of NCE "Atameken" on the dialogue platform within the project "PBI – Protecting Business and Investments".

"We are doing everything possible to attract investment to the region and provide comprehensive support to our investors," Mukhtar Mankeev said. – On the basis of the akzhayyk-invest office, we hold meetings every month, consider painful issues related to the allocation of land plots, share teasers on investment projects – where, what and how to open, and what investments are needed for this. In the public domain, we have lists of latifundists who once took the land and now do not use it. We are working purposefully to return unused land, and we conduct auctions for vacant land plots on electronic platforms. We are currently working on launching an online portal invest07.gov.kz where, in real time, you can track all available land plots under business management in the region, see the occupied plots and those for which the lease term ends."

The first Deputy Governor of the West Kazakhstan region also told businessmen that the iceberg program has already been launched to support investors: its essence is that state agencies will take on the most labor-intensive - "underwater" part of the work on projects - obtaining technical conditions, documents for land, and engineering communications. The investor will be busy only with its "top" – the actual implementation of their project.
