WKO will hand over about 500 thousand square meters of total housing area

Of these, 72 thousand are residents of the regional center. The demand for land is growing every year, but this year more than 800 land plots will be issued. About 3.5 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of engineering networks. And the distribution of land plots where there is no lighting and water supply is a violation.

Kairat Dosanov, head of the construction Department of WKO:

"There must be light and water, at least. Only after that, local Executive bodies can grant land plots to persons in the queue. More than 2 thousand land plots are currently being developed in the region. The number of waiting lists for housing exceeded 25 thousand. Among them are those who stood in line in the 80 - ies of the last century. Such citizens are recommended to purchase housing under the "5-10-20" program. The number of approved banks is only 14.

In the region, the ZHSSBC website received 756 requests, 141 of them relate to these periods of the year, 84 of them submitted applications, 65 of them visited the Bank's branch, and 14 received a positive conclusion from the Bank. Currently, 14 people have received a Bank order for the amount of 166 million tenge. The West Kazakhstan region should spend 30 billion tenge allocated for construction by the end of the year. Recently, 117 residents of Uralsk received keys to new apartments.

Local Executive bodies should look for an investor for the construction of engineering networks. Many families are waiting for subsidized rent payments from the state.
