Personnel appointment

In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by order of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region, Yerzhan Talgatovich Baltaev was appointed deputy akim of the region.
Yerzhan Talgatovich Baltaev was born in 1983. Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh-British Technical University, Kazakh University of Humanities and Law, University of Aberdeen in the UK, majoring in "jurisprudence", "business administration".

He started his career in 2004 as a specialist in the center for real estate in the city of Astana.
In different years:
- Lawyer at CAPS Distribution;
- Lawyer, Director of the Department at TAIB Kazakh Bank;
- National Manager, Programme Coordinator of the United Nations Development Programme;
- Chairman of the Board of the Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral;
- Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Project manager of the company "KPO B.V.";
- Director of the International Arbitration Agency "TENDEU";
- Chairman of the Board of the city Investment Development Center "Astana Invest".
Since 2021, he has worked as the head of the Investment and Entrepreneurship Development Department of Astana city.
Yerzhan Talgatovich Baltaev will oversee issues of entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development, construction, finance, passenger transport and highways, state architectural and construction control, energy and housing and communal services.
