Personnel appointment

In accordance with the principles of meritocracy, by the order of the akim of the region, Yesengaliyev Nurlan Mukhituly was appointed head of the finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region.
Yesengaliyev Nurlan Mukhituly was born in 1982 in the West Kazakhstan region. Education - higher. Graduated from the West Kazakhstan State University in 2003 with a degree in economics and mathematics.

In different years he worked:
- Chief specialist-economist of the Department of branches of material production and housing and communal services of the Finance Department of the city of Uralsk;
- Chief specialist of the Department of privatization and lease of communal property of the Finance Department of the city of Uralsk;
- chief specialist of the department of documentation support and financial and economic work of the office of the akim of the city of Uralsk;
- Chief Specialist of the Department of Municipal Property Management and Property Hiring of the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region;

 

- Head of the Municipal property Management Sector of the Finance Department of the city of Uralsk;
- Head of the Finance Department of the Burlinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region;
- Head of the Analysis and Control Department of the Akim's office of the West Kazakhstan region.

From 2018 until his appointment as Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region.
