AKIM OF WEST KAZAKHSTAN REGION VISITED ZHANGALY DISTRICT

Akim of West Kazakhstan region Gali Iskaliyev visited Zhangaly district on a working trip. During the visit, the head of the region presented the asset of the new akim of the district. Darkhan Zakarin, who previously worked as the secretary of the Zhangali district maslikhat, was appointed to this position.

At a meeting with the asset, G. Iskaliev presented a letter of thanks to Nauryzbai Karagoishin for his significant contribution to the socio - economic and cultural development of the district.

- I want to thank N. Karagoishin for his contribution to the development of the district, he has established himself as a high-level leader. Over the years, the district has achieved considerable results in socio-economic development: new industrial projects have been implemented, the social sphere has received a serious impetus. Under his leadership, ten rural districts were provided with clean drinking water in 2017-2020. One of the largest projects to provide the population of the district with high-quality drinking water has been implemented – the construction of the Zhangala group water pipeline with a length of 150 km. The cost of the project is -2.5 billion. tenge. In 2018, 316 families in the villages of Zhualoy, Mukur, Sarykol, Zhangeldin were able to bring natural gas into their homes, 11 social facilities were gasified. Residents of the district are provided with 95% blue fuel. A 3-storey 24-apartment building was commissioned for residents of the district who are in line for communal and rental housing. Further, the akim of the region introduced Darkhan Zakarin to the asset, emphasizing his extensive experience in leadership positions, while noting that a number of tasks for the integrated socio-economic development of the district are to be implemented.

Darkhan Amirkhanovich Zakarin was born in 1972 in the West Kazakhstan region. Education - higher. Graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute, West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, majoring in "Agronomist" and "Bachelor of State and Local Government".

 

In different years he worked as: Chief agronomist of the agricultural enterprise "pYatimar", chief agronomist of the Department of Agriculture of the Zhangaly district, director of the Municipal State Enterprise "Communal" of the akimat of the Zhangaly district, akim of the Zhangaly aul district and deputy akim of the Zhangaly district.

During the visit, the akim of the region got acquainted with the work of the local Coworking center, FAP, visited the water pumping station, visited the kindergarten "Balbobek". Gali Iskaliyev also personally inspected a number of social facilities. Currently, intensive road construction is underway in the Zhangalinsky district, issues of landscaping are being resolved, social housing is being built for large families and waiting lists.
