According to Roman Gusamov, the head of Ak Orda Capital LLP, the feedlot was purchased in May 2020. Immediately getting down to business, the entrepreneur updated all the equipment on the site for a year at his own expense.

On the hayfields provided by the akimat of the region and the district, we mow the grass, prepare the necessary animal feed. This year, we started buying cattle from winter. Most of the people who rent out livestock are residents of the region. By the end of the year, we plan to increase the number of livestock to four thousand. In order for the site to work in full force, we will buy cattle from neighboring Russia, " says the head of the partnership, Roman Gusamov.

- We have attracted a new investor to the feedlot, which has not been working for five years. We can see that he has done some work. Some support was provided from our side so that the work of the feedlot was activated. They gave 30 thousand hectares of hayfields. Now this feedlot costs 1050 tenge. This is beneficial for the peasant farms of the region. Next year, the number of fattening cattle is planned to increase to eight thousand. The initiatives are not bad, " the head of the region said in an interview with media representatives.

The way of Zheleznov
A few years ago, it was sad to get to the village of Zheleznovo. To the village, located just 12 kilometers from the district center, residents were drawn to the road pain. Today, the situation has changed.

Now it is normal only to install street lighting and road signs.
"It is necessary to create conditions for residents of the border village"
For any state, the state border is a sacred concept. Because a country that has a solid foundation is always high. Therefore, it is important that there is more population in the villages and settlements adjacent to the border. In this regard, the governor of the region visited a remote village of the country, located on the border with Russia. We visited the school and kindergarten, got acquainted with the life of the village.
The remote village has more than 700 inhabitants. There are social facilities, such as a school, kindergarten, hospital. At the same time, there are no such issues as the construction of roads, the installation of cellular communications.
- Today we visited a number of settlements in the Bayterek district. We got acquainted with the work of peasant farms. A year and a half ago, residents of the village of Yanaikino raised a school problem and reported that the building would be cramped for schoolchildren. Yanaikin is a promising village. Funds have been allocated for the construction of the school this year and an extension is being built. Also, local residents voiced the problem of the feedlot. As you know, the feedlot has been operating for five years. Last year, after finding an investor, they changed the equipment of the site. We, in turn, helped 30 thousand hectares of hayfields. Livestock feed is collected by themselves. Today, there are more than a thousand animals on the feedlot. This year, the partnership has put four thousand heads of cattle for fattening. Next year, it will double the figure. We will continue to support them. In turn, the LLP will be engaged in deep processing of meat. It is planned to produce meat products, open a bakery. For sale from the manufacturer to the consumer without intermediaries, it is planned to launch retail chains in Uralsk and Aksai. That is, the investor began to fulfill his promise. The second purpose of our business trip is to find out the state of border settlements and get acquainted with their vital activity. The strength of our country depends on reliable border protection. To do this, we need to create the situation of rural residents on the border line. There are many villages located in the vicinity of sheara. In a remote village there is a school, a kindergarten, a cultural center, gas, water. There are a lot of pastures. There is an opportunity for those who are engaged in gardening. The cost of housing varies from 500 thousand tenge to one million two hundred thousand tenge. Today, we are building infrastructure for border villages and preparing a program to provide social subsidies. It is necessary to create conditions for such villages to have more residents. After all, the border is the gateway to the independence of our country. These gates should be guarded day and night and be under our control, " Governor of the region Gali Iskaliyev summed up.
