Personnel appointment

In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the order of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region, Temirkhan Zhalgasovich Mendygaliyev was appointed deputy akim of the region.

Temirkhan Zhalgasovich Mendygaliyev was born in 1973. Education – higher. He graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute, the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute, majoring in "engineer", "mechanical engineer".

 

He worked in different years:

- A turner at the Ural plant "Metalist";

- Leading, chief specialist of the Ural state-owned enterprise "Oralavtozhol";

- Head of the remote control Unit No. 31 of the West Kazakhstan regional branch of Kazakhavtodor;

- In responsible positions in the West Kazakhstan Regional Department of Highways of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol".

 

Since 2020, he has worked as the director of the State Accounting Department of the RSE at the National Center for Quality of Road Assets.

Temirkhan Zhalgasovich will oversee the issues of construction, transport and highways, energy and housing and communal services.
