A resident of the city addressed the head of the region on the issue of the dismissal of her son, a former employee of the prosecutor's office. The basis for the dismissal of the son of the applicant was the results of an internal audit of the activities and a criminal case related to the land plot. As the prosecutor of the region Zhandos Umiraliev noted, an investigation is currently underway. As a result of the investigation, the case can be transferred to the court, where a decision on the case will be made. During the reception, the governor of the region was addressed by the head of one of the farms of the region engaged in crop production. The farm has 7, 747 thousand hectares of land. In 2016, this KH borrowed funds from JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", after which there were delays in the payment schedule and the case was referred to the court. The head of KH noted that he is ready for payments, but now the amount is too large for KH. Today, the fields are not empty and 1.8 thousand hectares are sown with winter crops. The Governor of the region suggested that the management of the branch of JSC "ACC" consider the possibility of providing installments and other measures to support the agricultural sector. Yerbol Idenov, director of the ACC branch for the West Kazakhstan region, noted the possibility of considering judicial mediation, while it is necessary to repay at least 15% of the debt in the near future.

Among the applicants was also a resident of the Bokeyordinsky district with the question of granting the "Zhas Kus" hotel, located in the village of Khan Ordasy, to the trust management under the PPP. The Governor of the region supported the initiative, noting that the PPP project of the applied citizen should be competitive and contain favorable tariffs. The head of the region stressed that a good road will be built to the district, the development of tourism will be planned and the hotel service should become successful in Khan Ordasy.

The governor of the region was addressed not only with questions, but also with suggestions. The applicant responded to the publication of Gali Iskaliev on Facebook regarding the development of gardening in the surrounding areas. So it was suggested to use the experience of such countries as Poland, Turkey, Russia and provide land near the locality, turning gardening into a hobby and an opportunity for additional earnings. The resident of the city noted that he is ready to gather a team of people who want to invest their own funds in gardening. The head of the region noted the great potential of our region in horticulture and the former glory of apples from Barbastau and the village of Plodoovoschnoye. The governor of the region stressed that he would consider the projects in detail in figures and invited the city resident to participate in a special meeting on this issue this week.
