IN 2020, 436 KM OF ROADS WERE REPAIRED IN THE REGION

In 2020, 436 km of roads were repaired for 42.3 billion tenge. Last year, the road connecting Kaztalovsky district and the city of Uralsk was completely repaired and put into operation. Despite the fact that this is another section of the road that has been put into operation, for the residents of the area who have so far suffered from road disasters, this is one of the important things done last year.
This year, more than 20 billion tenge will be allocated from the republic to continue the repair of roads connecting Zhanibek and Bokeyordinsky districts with the regional center, and 129 km of roads will be built.
In addition, one of the problems that residents raise is the reconstruction of the Atyrau - Uralsk highway. To date, funds are provided for the development of design and estimate documentation for the extension of this roadside.
Last year, 12.7 billion tenge was allocated and spent on the repair of roads of regional and district significance, 192 km of roads were repaired. In 2021, it is planned to repair 220 kilometers of roads in this direction.
In the region, significant work has also been done to repair roads in settlements. Last year, 101 km of intra-village roads were repaired. This is the best indicator for the last 5 years.
