Last weekend, Governor of the region Gali Iskaliev visited the Baiterek district on a working visit. He got acquainted with the work of business facilities, investment projects, and the progress of capital and current repairs of social facilities in the district.

Kaverin LLP is a small milk processing company in the village of Dariyan. It produces butter and Chechel cheese and exports them to neighboring regions and border regions of the Russian Federation. According to the company's Director Sergey Kaverin, in the future the plant will expand production and start producing yoghurts and other types of fermented milk products.

- The pandemic has made its own adjustments, but at the moment our plant has survived all the difficulties and accelerated its work. The most important thing is to keep up the pace, so we can increase the volume of products and expand the range. The main problem today is the lack of raw materials. The milk we buy from the villagers is not enough – " says S. Kaverin.

The plant, which can process 40 tons of milk per day, employs about 50 people. Five factory trucks leave in the early morning and go around all the rural districts of the district. By noon, the milk is delivered to the factory. The plant established close cooperation with the Russian farm "Bashmoloko" and established a direct supply of milk from the Russian Federation. However, there is still not enough milk.

– In your area, agriculture is well developed and the operation of this plant is an excellent indicator. Next year, a dairy farm will open in the village of Yubileyny. As the district mayor Marat Tokzhanov noted, in General, more than 86 km of roads are being repaired in the district. After leaving the village of Dariyan, the Governor of the region visited the feedlot of the private enterprise "Zhenis" in the rural district of Trekino. In 2018, the company purchased 120 head of cattle, last year increasing the number to 140, this year – to 160 heads. The company provided jobs for 10 local residents.

– The most important thing in cattle breeding is a good supply of feed. The lack of haymaking hinders an increase in the number of livestock. We still bring hay. We are in search of grassland, but there are not – says T. Erkeshtam.

– Indeed, the district lacks not only hayfields, but also pastures, - said Marat Tokzhanov during the meeting.

According to him, this year the state has returned more than 9 thousand unused land plots from entrepreneurs. After the issue of the order of the regional akim on the return of unused land, many farms plowed their land and planted winter wheat.

– When, according to your instructions, they began to return the land, many farmers caught themselves and began to plow the land and plant crops. The result of their work will be visible next year. We decided to give a chance to many entrepreneurs, many of them are enterprising and talented – - said Marat Tokzhanov.

Gali Iskaliev noted that he is aware of the problem of land shortage in the district and instructed to keep this issue under constant control.

– There are many entrepreneurs who want to buy land in the Baiterek district and open a farm. Fertile good plots should be given to capable entrepreneurs who are ready to invest their own funds, - said G. Iskaliev.

The Russian-language school in the village of Trekino has a total capacity of 230 places. According to the Director of the school is Shown to Mamasheva, now the school is overcrowded.

– The number of children is growing every year. Last year, 50 children joined, and this year, 32 more students joined. Our school also has children from the village of Zhaiyk. Due to the fact that there is no canteen in this center of knowledge, students of duty classes are forced to eat at a nearby school. Nevertheless, we are glad that thanks to the joint efforts of entrepreneurs and local governments, the problem with the septic tank for students has been solved. The Governor of the region also drew attention to the lack of a sports facility in the village of Trekino, where the population is growing from year to year, and noted the need to address this issue.

– Currently, the village of Trekino has almost four thousand inhabitants. At least one gym is needed to organize leisure activities for the villagers. We are well aware that entrepreneurs of the Baiterek district participate in the implementation of major social projects. Such concrete examples as the construction of a cultural and sports complex in the Krasnovsky rural district by Beibit Asanov should also encourage trekin entrepreneurs to achieve achievements for the benefit of their native land, " G. Iskaliev said.

Then akim of the region familiarized with the construction of beach bathing and health complex and a game and leisure Park in the district and noted the expected prospects when social objects become a place of leisure not only the villagers but also tourists from other countries.

Of the district's 46 schools, 27 are in need of major repairs. Building Novonikolskoe high school is in disrepair. As it turned out, the center of knowledge, designed for 119 places, currently has about 230 students.

– This school year, 5 students are graduating, and 19 will arrive. Next year, 27 students will cross the threshold of the hearth of knowledge. With this perspective, students are expected to increase to 272 by 2025 – - said the school's Director Alexander Sazhnev. The dilapidated school building is in need of repair, the heating system is outdated, and the Windows are draining. The issue of building an additional educational building is on the agenda. According to the head of the district Department of education Serik Safiullin, design and estimate documentation is being prepared for today. If it is ready at the beginning of the coming year, the problem of villagers will be resolved with the allocation of budget funds.

– It is very pleasing that the district administration and the Department of education are monitoring the issue related to the school. Regardless of when funds are allocated, the knowledge center must be repaired. This issue concerns the future of our children and is one of the most urgent for today – - said the Governor of the region.

The center of knowledge, designed for 600 students, has 890 students. According to the school's Director Svetlana Golubeva, in the future, according to the results of the census of children under 5 years of age, which number more than 500, we expect a large replenishment in the coming years. Up to 200 students are expected to come to school next year alone.

According to the mayor of the Baiterek district Marat Tokzhanov, in such villages as Shchapovo, Dostyk, located near the regional center, the number of children arriving is growing every year. Therefore, in the future, in the next year or two, the problem of school congestion is expected.

– Some schools need major repairs. There are plans to build schools in the villages of Dostyk, Shchapovo and Zhambyl, and design and estimate documentation is being prepared for this purpose. There is an acute problem with the education of schoolchildren in the village of Zhambyl in the Michurinsky rural district, from where children are brought to study in the village of Asan. The school bus travels along a major highway, which is a certain danger, so the construction of a hotbed of knowledge in the village of Zhambyl is especially necessary, - said the mayor of the district.

As for roads, the issue of the Zheleznovo-Peremetnoe-Beles highway is being considered in the near future. The following year, completes the repair of the road Saddlebags-Salhi.

– First of all, it finances the repair of roads and schools in promising villages, where jobs are created, and conditions are created for the development of entrepreneurship. We all know that the population of villages nearby the city is growing every year. The Governor of the region also stressed that soil fertility in the district should promote the use of agricultural land to increase the acreage.

– Recently, work has been carried out in the direction of reducing the number of sheep, not cattle. The quality and specific composition of the soil allow us to develop crop production – - said akim of the district M. Tokzhanov. Supporting this initiative, the Governor of the region spoke about the need to check the documentation of all agricultural organizations to ensure the use of land for its intended purpose.

– Baiterek district has always supplied vegetable products and flour not only to the city, but also to rural settlements of the region. Our task today is to restore this branch of agriculture. To do this, we must rationally use the land and develop crop production – - said G. Iskaliev.

According to the Deputy akim of the Baiterek district Murat Zalmukanov, the preparation of design and estimate documentation for the school in the village of Dostyk with subsequent expertise will open up new opportunities, since two centers of knowledge will work in the village.
