Investors will come to the development

Today, the Akzhaik microdistrict in Uralsk is under Construction. JSC "SEC "AQJAIYQ" has prepared investment proposals for investors and gives them to a private developer at a cadastral value of 34% of the cost of land payments for the construction of objects. Currently, the work on attracting external infrastructure has been completed. This was stated in an interview by the Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company "Social and entrepreneurial Corporation "AQJAIYQ" Nadir Kurymbayev.

Two years ago, local Executive bodies developed a project for a new residential district "Akzhaik" for the construction of social and commercial housing in order to meet the housing needs of civil servants and low-income citizens of the city.

- We invite private investors to participate in construction work. In the future, more than 50 thousand people will live in this microdistrict. JSC "Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan" has more than 80 thousand depositors. At the moment, a Memorandum of cooperation has been signed with the Bank's branch and potential depositors have been identified. Currently, the construction of a new neighborhood interest for a number of companies from other regions of the country, said Nadir Karymbaev.

According to him, there will be 5 microdistricts on the new territory of 420 hectares. The main issue today is attracting private investment in construction. Communal housing will be built in two neighborhoods. Today, its design and estimate documentation is under review. Housing construction is expected to start in 2021. The neighborhood will have a school, a medical cluster center, and kindergartens will be provided on the first floors of houses. About 200 multi - storey residential buildings will be built. According To N. Kurymbayev, 4 billion tenge was allocated from the Republican budget for the construction of infrastructure (gas, water, electricity, Sewerage) in the microdistrict. They are fully mastered. Also, the district is currently planning to build a main road first, and then a block road. Roads are built at the expense of the state budget.

- Construction work is in full swing. Investors are willing to invest in the construction industry. In addition, the demand for housing in the industry is not decreasing. However, the city does not have enough land for construction. The detailed plan of the Akzhaik microdistrict was developed according to the General plan of the city. Therefore, we have prepared investment proposals for private investors. The investor service center will provide valuable support to private investors interested in private investment in the full implementation of projects. It is planned to attract investors from other regions. Two entrepreneurs from the region are intending to invest - said Nadir Karymbaev.

As the Chairman further noted, construction work in the new neighborhood will last 6-7 years. Construction of residential districts will begin in the spring of 2021. After its completion, it is planned to build a city Park connecting the city and the Akzhaik microdistrict, as well as a bridge over the Chagan river.
