A meeting was organized with civil servants on compliance with the standards of professional ethics in the provision of public services

On October 7, this year, a meeting was organized with civil servants of the West Kazakhstan regional departments of construction and language development. The meeting was attended by the head of Department of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption (anti-corruption services) at the WKO Agmirzaev R. S., head of Department of prevention and integrity of the Department B. M. Khairullin and authorized by the ethics of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region Khairullina A. R..
During the meeting the sides discussed issues about the tightening of punishment for corruption crimes, the conduct of civil servants during the period of travel and the observance of ethics in the provision of public services, the responsibility towards the society, the establishment by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts on combating corruption" of the prohibition on gifts, remuneration and provision of services to state employees and their family members for the actions (inaction) in favor of the giver. New training opportunities at the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan were also discussed.
