In 2021, the moratorium on certain norms of the Land code ends. The head of state stated that it is necessary to make a final decision on this issue.

- We have identified the main problem. Land is not sold to foreigners. We will not return to this issue now. But for the development of the agro-industrial complex, we must attract investment and technology. In this regard, it is necessary to discuss the issue of effective land use with the farmers ' community. All proposals must be discussed publicly and openly. As a result of this work, I instruct the Government to make amendments to the Land code, the President said.
