In accordance with Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and based on the minutes of the meeting of the competitive commission dated May 25, 2020 No. 16 by order of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region dated May 26, 2020 No. 133-ө Umraleev Murat Amangeldievich was appointed to the post Head of the Department of Land Relations of the West Kazakhstan Region.

Umraleev Murat Amangeldievich born in 1981, higher education, graduated from West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisova in the field of “History” and “Jurisprudence”.

In different years he worked:

  • chief specialist of the department of internal politics and social sphere of Chingirlau region;
  • chief specialist, Head of the Department of State Legal Work of the Office of the Akim of Uralsk;
  • head of the department of organizational control, personnel work and monitoring the provision of public services of the apparatus of akim of Uralsk;
  • head of the Department of State Legal Work - Deputy Head of the Administration of the Akim of Uralsk;
  • deputy Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan Region;
  • head of the Office for Monitoring the Use and Protection of Lands of the West Kazakhstan Region.

Since May 26, 2020, the head of the Department of Land Relations of the West Kazakhstan Region.
