Training seminar "Anti-Corruption expertise of draft normative legal acts"

On February 3, 2020, the "Antikor ortalyǵy" service center held a training seminar "anti-Corruption expertise of draft regulatory legal acts" in Uralsk. The trainers were Deputy Chairman of the Republican SMG, President Of the Foundation for the development of parliamentarism in Kazakhstan Z. Battalova and a member of the Republican SMG, scientific Director of the Free Institute of legislation Of the Foundation for the development of parliamentarism in Kazakhstan M. Gabdualiev.

The seminar was attended by the leadership and staff of anti-corruption services in West Kazakhstan, experts of the project office "Aqjaiyq – adaldyq alańy", the members of the Special monitoring group at the Department, regional outreach staff, media representatives, University professors, members of the public, practicing lawyers.

The participants of the seminar were explained the concepts, goals and objectives, stages of the examination. There were 4 sessions and practical exercises. Detailed information is given concerning the main principles and system of expertise, technology, content, transparency and accessibility of information.
