New amendments to the Land Code

Within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 2021 No. 39-VII ZRK "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Land Relations" a number of amendments were made to the Land Code prohibiting the sale of land to foreigners.
