In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 152 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the RSE on the REM "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection" of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan maintains a state cadastre of production and consumption waste, implemented in the Unified Information System of Environmental Protection on the Internet -resource oos.ecogeo.gov.kz.
In accordance with article 154 and clause 71 of article 1 of the EC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we ask natural resource users (individuals or legal entities that use natural resources and emissions into the environment) to provide a waste inventory report annually as of January 1 by March 1, 2021 following the reporting year. ...
