PSCs will continue to work during quarantine

In connection with the spread of unfounded rumors about the closure of public service centers, there has been a sharp increase in the number of citizens applying to public service centers for services.

We urge citizens not to panic. By the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission, PSCs will continue to operate in compliance with the enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime and after the introduction of restrictive measures.

Taking into account the unfavorable epidemiological situation, protective measures and measures have been taken in public service centers aimed at eliminating the accumulation of citizens inside the front office buildings.

Now in PSCs of regional centers, cities of republican significance and some regional front-offices, services can be obtained only by pre-booking the line. You can do this on the egov.kz portal, using the telegram bot eGovKzBot2.0 or by calling the short number 1414.

At the same time, only “paper” services (over 100 services) that are not available on the e-government portal are provided in public service centers.

All this is aimed at eliminating the accumulation of citizens and minimizing the risk of infection with the virus.

In this regard, we recommend that Kazakhstanis, if possible, refuse to visit PSCs and receive services online using alternative methods, i.e. on the egov.kz portal, using the eGovMobile mobile application and the eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot.
