MEETING OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION

The head of state announced that rural akims would be elected this year. In this regard, a meeting of the Zhangalinsky District Territorial Election Commission was held. Members of the public organization, members of the district political party, the district department of internal politics and members of the commission took part in the meeting of the commission. The meeting was opened and chaired by the chairman of the Election Commission Aydar Karesov. On the agenda, issues were considered about the appointment of elections of akims of rural districts, the formation of electoral districts in electoral districts, and the approval of the calendar plan for holding elections.

- On July 25, direct elections of rural akims will become a very important event, which marked a new stage of political modernization. Elections are planned for this year in five rural districts. I would like to mention the Zhanakazan, Zhanazhol, Kopzhasar, Birlik, Zhangalinsky rural districts. We have plans that four of them will take place in July this year. The term of office of the akim of the Zhangalinsky rural district expires in the fall, - said the chairman of the Election Commission Aydar Kanatkalievich.
