How to get an EDS remotely, without visiting the PSC?

📌 For this you need:
• Have with you the original of a valid identity card or passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Have a phone with the ability to receive SMS messages;
• Your computer must have a webcam;
• Install NCALayer software on your PC.
🔖On the main page of the egov.kz portal, click on the button "Receive EDS remotely". The system will check the presence of a webcam on the computer. In the pop-up window, click "Allow".
✅To check the registration of your phone number in the base of mobile citizens (BMG), indicate the IIN. If verification is successful, enter the SMS code (one-time password) received from 1414;
⚠️Attention! If you have not previously been registered with BMG or have not received a one-time password, the system will offer to register / re-register you and your phone number.
✅After successful registration with BMG, the system will check the presence of NCALayer software on the computer; ✅Click the button "Go to receiving EDS" and a remote identification page will open, where you need to enter the phone number registered in BMG and the SMS code. After entering, you must confirm your identity (create a Digital ID) and click the "Start" button;
✅ The window for adding a selfie will open. Place your face in the center of the screen area and click on the photo icon. After adding a selfie, click "Continue" to pass video identification;
✅The video identification window will open, where you need to click "Start". After successful video identification, you need to set a PIN-code for further access to your account and click the "Set PIN-code" button;
✅Add an identity document by taking a photo of the document or upload a file and go to your personal account using a password;
✅Add an email address to the electronic version of the appeal and select the location for storing the key, then send an application indicating its location;
✅Next, specify the path to the key store to save the EDS (select a folder) and click "Open";
✅Come up and enter a password for the EDS and click "Upload certificates".
