The 1411 contact center of the Government for Citizens State Corporation for 9 months of this year provided citizens with more than 912 thousand consultations on social and labor issues.
As it turned out, Kazakhstanis asked the largest number of questions regarding social payments, 42,500 (more than 400 thousand applications), in second place - pension and social security (more than 356 thousand applications), as well as questions of receiving targeted social assistance (more than 50 thousand applications).

This day was approved in 2011 after changes were made to the list of professional holidays in Kazakhstan by the Decree of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Today, in total, the state corporation "Government for Citizens" employs more than 22 thousand people in Kazakhstan, more than 2 thousand of them are workers in the social block.

At the same time, the most popular services were the appointment of benefits for the birth of a child and for caring for him up to a year (315,397 services), in the West Kazakhstan region, 10,000 thousand received this service. one year (206 082 services), for WKO-9000 thousand, the appointment of social benefits in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth (154 499 services), in the West Kazakhstan region this figure was about 6000 thousand.
