SEMINAR-TRAINING FOR MEDIATORS OF SCHOOLS "SCHOOL - MEDIATION - CONSENT"
Sixth day. On April 14, 2021, a training seminar for the working group of school mediators "School - mediation - consent" was held at the ANC WKO Reconciliation Center. The mediators shared their negotiating skills and recommendations for discussing and resolving not only school conflicts, but also in the interethnic sphere, the field of domestic violence. The psychologist conducted effective trainings. At the end of the seminar, a feedback was established, where the participants highly appreciated the event, noted the validity and correctness of the choice of the used form of the seminar. The formation of a culture of interethnic relations among schoolchildren is considered as a purposeful process of fostering tolerance, as a culture of interethnic communication and ethnic enlightenment, which includes the formation of skills for ethno-tolerant behavior, the choice of optimal means of education, and the creation of a system of pedagogical influence on students.
