SEMINAR-TRAINING FOR MEDIATORS OF SCHOOLS "SCHOOL - MEDIATION - CONSENT"

On March 16, 2021, a training seminar for mediators of ten schools "School - mediation - consent" was held at the WKO Reconciliation Center. The consequences of conflicts not only negatively affect the psychological environment at school, but also affect the quality of education. Holding a seminar is a good opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with other people. Employees of the Reconciliation Center in an accessible form, revealing the content of the topic, focused on examples of mediation, discussed with the participants issues of conflict prevention. The seminar participants shared their key, useful opinions and suggestions. Work in this direction will continue with all educational institutions of the region.

The widespread dissemination of the method of school mediation will maximize the involvement of minors in the application of the principles of the mediation approach, positive communication, will contribute to their socialization, the development of emotional intelligence, and the creation of a safe educational environment.
