DAY OF OPEN DOORS TIMED WITH THE DAY OF GRATITUDE AND DAY OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PEOPLE OF KAZAKHSTAN

On March 1, 2021, an open door day was held at the WKO ANC Reconciliation Center, timed to the Day of Gratitude and the Day of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. Participants of the event - public mediators of the city - are former judges and lawyers. At the dialogue platform, they exchanged views and proposals on the development of the institution of mediation in order to prevent and reduce the level of conflict in society. At the same time, several appeals were considered. For example, the actual inheritance after the death of parents by three heirs; division of property during divorce proceedings; establishment of work experience; debt of a consumer cooperative to a depositor.
