PSYCHOLOGICAL SEMINAR-TRAINING "THANKS"

On February 26, 2021, the WKO Reconciliation Center hosted a psychological training seminar "Gratitude" with representatives of the parent committee of schools in the city of Uralsk for the Day of Gratitude in offline and online mode. The school mediation service (reconciliation service) is an association of participants in the educational process of various levels (employees of the educational organization, students, parents, etc.), aimed at assisting in the prevention and resolution of conflict situations arising in the process of educational and educational activities.

Employees of the Reconciliation Center in an accessible form revealed the content of the topic to the participants of the training seminar, focusing on examples of mediation, carried out practical work on solving situational problems, discussed with the participants issues of conflict prevention, presented an overview of presentations on restorative mediation.

The participants of the seminar: Chairman of the Council of Mothers of WKO Shalkhma Kurmanalina, deputy of the city maslikhat, director of school No. 36 Azima Gubasheva and other school directors of the city - shared key, useful opinions and suggestions.

At the end of the training seminar, feedback was established, conflict situations were discussed, when working with which it is worth using modern methods of psychological and pedagogical influence, one of which is mediation.

At the end of the event, the parents expressed their sincere gratitude to the teachers for their hard work, for the knowledge that the children received thanks to them.
