More than 100 thousand Kazakhstanis received public services through preferential windows of the public service center

Since the resumption of work under quarantine restrictions, PSCs have provided services to 101.8 thousand Kazakhstanis through preferential windows.

Since mid-May, due to the continuing danger of the spread of the virus and concern for the life and health of Kazakhstanis, the order of work of public service centers throughout the country has been changed. Now PSCs provide only “paper” services that are not available online. However, three categories of citizens, namely retirees, mothers with many children and persons with disabilities, can still receive electronic services in public service centers. There are preferential windows for them in each front office. Beneficiaries can receive both "paper" services and various types of certificates and services. At preferential windows it is also necessary to book a queue in advance.

Most of the services through preferential windows were provided in the public service centers of the cities-megalopolises - Nur-Sultan (9941), Almaty (9719) and Shymkent (7753). The list is closed by the Mangistau region, where 1862 citizens were served through preferential windows. In the West Kazakhstan region, more than 3 thousand state services were provided through preferential windows.

According to the Chairman of the Board of the Government for citizens Asemgul Baltasheva, preferential windows will help citizens of these categories to receive services quickly and efficiently. “We understand that it is for these categories of citizens that it is most difficult to receive services online on their own, therefore we have left them the opportunity to receive them in the PSC,” she added.

It should be noted that since the launch of the work of public service centers in a new format, after the lifting of the emergency regime, Kazakhstanis have received more than 2 million gosulugs.

We remind you that citizens can independently book a queue through the egov.kz portal, the egovkzbot2.0 telegram bot or the 1414 contact center. The booking service has been improved, now citizens can see free time for booking, as well as rebook the time of visit.

Today, more than 80% of all public services are available in electronic format on the egov.kz portal. Citizens who do not have access to a computer can use egov corners created at akimats, employment centers, educational and medical organizations, etc. In the West Kazakhstan region, self-service corners currently operate under the akimats of Krugloozernoye, Zhelayevsky s / o, Zachagansk and at the Center for Digital Services at 81 Zhambyl St.
