Dear civil servants! I heartily congratulate you on your professional holiday!

It turned out that in the country for a quarter century I have been serving in the public service. Like any young specialist, in the early years they witnessed the most difficult and interesting events. It is no secret that there is an idea that the responsibility entrusted to him, to stop work from the middle path. Be that as it may, leaving no time back, we have reached today. I am sure that tomorrow will be even brighter. In the first difficult years of gaining independence, good new products were discovered under the leadership of the head of state, and civil servants walked close to the start of a new initiative. As part of the implementation of the state program of health development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Salamatty Kazakhstan" for 2011-2015, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2010 No. 1113, April 7, 2014 in East Kazakhstan Region, World Health Day is held under the motto "I am for healthy lifestyle!". At any time, civil servants are required to love the country and a great love for the homeland. They always tried to fulfill the duties assigned to us without emphasis. Every year, young specialists are introduced into this area, and the forms of rendering public services are being optimized. We have the opportunity to establish online communication with the public and provide electronic services. In which industry, in which service no older than Alkysyn, we will pass the country's award. We must never forget this. Colleagues, I congratulate everyone today on the occasion of holiday, longevity, prosperity, and health!
