From October 1, Enbek.kz will begin accepting applications from employers to organize subsidized jobs

Via the Enbek portal.kz From October 1 of this year, applications will be accepted from employers wishing to organize state-subsidized jobs in 2024.

Employers can organize the following types of subsidized jobs at their enterprise: public works, youth practice, social jobs, jobs within the framework of the projects "First Workplace", "Contract of Generations" and "Silver Age". These are jobs that the employer creates additionally, and the state pays the wages of employees in full or in part.

Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2023.

The employer can submit an online application to the career center of the region where it is planned to create a workplace in his personal account at Еnbek.kz . After signing an agreement with the career center on Еnbek.kz , you can choose a suitable candidate from among the registered unemployed and hire him, as well as send an online timesheet of the accepted employee on a monthly basis.

47 thousand people take part in various programs that provide subsidized jobs to Kazakhstanis in 2023.  employers who employed more than 176 thousand unemployed people.

Employers who have been operating for more than one year and do not have arrears on tax payments, social contributions and wages have every chance to receive state support in organizing subsidized jobs.
