DEAR RESIDENTS OF THE TEREKTINSKY DISTRICT!

According to the decree of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the WKO No. 11 dated April 26, 2021 (the decree comes into force on May 1), due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the WKO on the territory of the Terekty district - at 36 km of the Podstepnoye-Ilek highway (Fedorovka) and at 273 checkpoints will be installed on the kilometer of the Samara-Shymkent (Barbastau) highway.

Allowed unhindered entry / exit through checkpoints (upon presentation of waybills, work orders, assignment plans, invoices, travel documents, directions of medical institutions, identity cards, travel tickets) for:

- employees of organizations of life support of the population;

- persons leaving and entering for medical reasons;

- persons who were treated and monitored in quarantine hospitals;

- transit passengers and cargo carriers;

- vehicles carrying shift workers;

- transport and persons involved in carrying out spring field work, environmental, veterinary, agricultural activities, road repairs, emergency services, suppliers of essential goods, food, medicines, solid, liquid fuels and fuels and lubricants, as well as all freight transport with goods, equipment and materials to ensure the economic life of the region, upon presentation of supporting documents (certificate of state registration, for employees - a certificate from the place of work of a free sample, certified by a seal);

- persons returning to their place of permanent residence and residents of the region (members of the same family) to visit country houses (summer cottages, apiaries, winter quarters), upon presentation of title documents;

- residents in connection with the death of a close relative (father, mother, brother, sister, children)

- movement from the place of residence to the place of work and back in the presence of an employer's certificate of a free sample, certified by a seal;

- upon direction / return from a railway station, airport, bus station upon presentation of a ticket;

When traveling, the indicated categories of persons must leave an application by calling "109", or register on the website http://www.STOPCOVID.KZ ".

In exceptional cases, permission to exit and enter through checkpoints of districts and cities to certain categories of persons, with the exception of the above categories, may be issued by decision of the local executive body of the district / city.

Entry / exit of citizens to / from the territory (s) of districts and the territory (s) of Uralsk is prohibited, except for the above persons;

The mode and timing of the operation of checkpoints may be changed in accordance with the epidemiological situation in the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19.
