Today, in the meeting room of the West Kazakhstan regional Maslikhat, a meeting of deputies of the maslikhat of all levels was held to give consent to the appointment of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region. The meeting was attended by the Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurtleu Murat.
The secretary of the West Kazakhstan regional Maslikhat Bibigul Konysbaeva as a candidate for the post of akim of the region named the names of two citizens nominated by the Head of State. One of them is the current akim of the Taskalinsky district, Bauyrzhan Aitmagambetov. The second is the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nariman Toregaliyev.
Nariman Toregaliyev was elected to the post of akim of the West Kazakhstan region by an overwhelming vote of deputies.
- I am well aware of both the dynamics of development and the problems of the region. The instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym - Jomart Tokayev on the new economic policy is implemented directly through the regions. The country has such problems as dependence on raw materials, lack of production capacity. The preservation of the village is the main work of the head of the region. There will be no country without the people. - said the new akim of the region.
