A solemn awarding ceremony was held for the winners of the regional competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz-2023"

On December 22 of this year, at 10.00 a.m., the Atameken Cultural Center hosted a solemn awarding ceremony for the winners of the regional competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz-2023" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) with the participation of Akim of the West Kazakhstan region N.Turegaliev.
The competition was held in the following categories:
"The best socially responsible enterprise" - to determine the winner, the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own staff, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole are considered.
Such enterprises of the region as JSC "Kazburgaz", LLP "Social enterprise "BEST", KH "Talgat", KH "Batyrgerey", KH "Bekarys", KH "Zhasulan", IP "Ramadan", KH "Alina", IP "Bergen" M. took part in the nomination.Stroybaza, KH "Darkhan", KH "Kairat", KH "Bakytzhan", IP "A.M.Yesendiyarova", IP "Grand Market", IP "B.M.Zhusupov", KH "Temirzhan", LLP "KazAkbas", KH "Dias".
"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection" - in this nomination, the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow them to preserve the health of employees in the course of their work are evaluated. QHSE-AKBARYS LLP, Zhaikmunai LLP, Ligabue Central Asia LLP, Elzhas LLP, a branch of Renko Property LLP in Aksai, Multicatering Services LLP and A.B.Nurmukhanova IP participated in this area.
"The best collective agreement" - collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are evaluated. Ural Transformer Plant LLP, Aksaygazservice JSC, Ligabue Central Asia LLP, Kazburgaz JSC, Elzhas LLP, Nurkhan IP and Onim KH took part in this category.

"For contribution to the environment" - defines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (environmental) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment. QHSE-AKBARYS LLP, Uniserv LLP and Dulat Farm took part in this nomination.
Following the results of the competition, the following enterprises of the region were declared winners:
1) Kazburgaz JSC;
2) BEST Social Enterprise LLP;
3) QHSE-AKBARYS LLP;
4) Multicatering Services LLP;
5) Ural Transformer Plant LLP;
6) Aksaygazservice JSC;
7) Elzhas LLP;
8) QHSE-AKBARYS LLP.
The materials of the winners were sent to the organizers of the competition to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan for participation in the republican competition.
According to the results of the competition, Ural Transformer Plant LLP took 1st place in the nomination "Best Collective Agreement", and QHSE-AKBARYS LLP received a gold statuette for 1st place in the nomination "For Contribution to the Environment".
The award ceremony took place on December 12, 2023 in Astana at the EXPO Convention Center.
