Job responsibilities: Informing the population, including with departure to rural settlements, about possible options for leaving the category of those in need of targeted social assistance. Accompanying a person (family) during the implementation of a social contract by conducting an interview, assisting in filling out the necessary documents, finding a job, fulfilling obligations under a social contract. Timely formation of paper mock-ups of cases of applicants who applied for the appointment of targeted social assistance, and transfer to precinct commissions for conducting a survey of the applicants' financial situation. Participation in the composition of the precinct commission in the survey of the financial situation of applicants who applied for the appointment of targeted social assistance. Together with applicants who have applied for targeted social assistance and their family members, an individual family assistance plan is being developed. Timely sending of the applicant's accepted documents to the career center. Monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of the social contract, family visits and a note on the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated in it. Timely submission of a report on the maintenance of a social contract. Participation in information and explanatory work among the population on legislation on targeted social assistance legislation in the field of employment. Consideration of letters, complaints and appeals of individuals and legal entities.
Qualification requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education, technical and vocational (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education without presentation of work experience requirements.
Must know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Social Code; regulatory legal acts regulating issues in the field of employment; the main provisions of civil and labor legislation. Demographic situation, specifics of socio-economic development of the region (city, district). Fundamentals of psychology, pedagogy, ethics. Socio-psychological aspects of assistance to persons in need of targeted social assistance.
A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits the following documents to the organization on purpose or by mail:
1) application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;
2) a copy of the identity document;
3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and phone numbers, photos);
4) copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
5) a copy of the document confirming employment;
6) a certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579).
