Participate in the republican competition for social responsibility of business "PARYZ-2021"

The regional department for the coordination of employment and social programs of the West Kazakhstan region invites enterprises of the region to participate in the republican competition for social responsibility of business "PARYZ - 2021".
The competition has been held at the initiative of the first President of the country since 2008. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 523, the Rules for holding the competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz" were approved. Subjects of private entrepreneurship can take part in the competition. Applicants are allowed who:
1) carry out activities for at least three years;
2) are not in the process of liquidation, are not declared bankrupt;
3) do not have unresolved violations of labor legislation, including arrears in wages and other payments to employees;
4) do not have collective labor disputes with employees;
5) carry out social and charitable activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;
6) in the application for participation in the competition, they indicated reliable information, and also submitted the documents in full.
The competition is aimed at the formation and enhancement by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society in order to further improve the welfare of the population.
Participation in the competition is free for applicants. To ensure the transparency of the selection process of applicants, to optimize the application procedure, the competition is held in two stages: at the regional and republican levels. Applications of applicants for participation are accepted by the local executive body on paper and electronic media. Based on the results of consideration of applications by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, they are sent for study by the republican commission, which decides on awarding the titles of laureates of the competition.
In accordance with the Rules, the titles of laureates of the competition are awarded in the following nominations:
“The best socially responsible company”.
This nomination examines the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own personnel, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the welfare of society as a whole (organization of wages and social benefits, vocational training and retraining systems, employment of the largest number of people with disabilities. opportunities and so on);
"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection."
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow them to preserve the health of workers in the process of working;
"The best collective agreement".
In this category, collective agreements are considered that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of workers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"For the contribution to the environment".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (ecological) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment.
Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest results in work and implementation of the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility. The laureates of the competition are awarded an appropriate diploma, emblem and distinctive sign (statuette). The ceremony of awarding the laureates of the competition is held annually in December in a solemn atmosphere.
To participate in the competition, applicants send materials to local executive bodies in two copies:
1) a completed application;
2) a report of the applicant, which is a self-assessment of the level of his activities and specific results in corporate social responsibility.
The applicant's report must include:
history of a legal entity or individual;
organizational structure;
other additional information;
3) annex to the report (a copy of the collective agreement and other documents);
4) a questionnaire completed in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and posted on its Internet resource.
The deadline for accepting documents is September 1 of the current year.
