5.0 thousand children received food and household kits through the portal of social services in the West Kazakhstan region

     In the West Kazakhstan region 5.0 thousand food and household kits were delivered to recipients of TSA in "pilot mode" through the Social Services Portal. At the moment, 5.0 children aged 1 to 6 live in the region.

     Note that the provision of a guaranteed social package (GSP) was transferred to the Portal from October 1 of this year.

     “I am a recipient of targeted social assistance, I applied for a SHG through the Internet, it is very convenient. Such kits are very helpful, there are products that are useful for the child, which are not always possible to buy, - said the recipient of the SHG, a mother of 5 children from the r. Kaztalovka Zhansulu Maksotova.

     Employees of social security bodies work not only with service recipients, but also with suppliers. Companies wishing to provide their goods and services through the Portal must prove their reliability and fulfill orders on time.

     “All products for the formation of sets according to GSP go through several stages of quality control, starting with control during production and packaging, and ending with quality control of the set during delivery to recipients,” said the supplier, individual entrepreneur A. Kenzhegalieva.

     Consultations and explanations on the use of the Portal are given to residents of the city by specialists of the social protection authorities at the site of the republican anti-corruption project "Adaldyk alagy". They carry out active information and explanatory work with the population, as well as with potential suppliers of goods and services. The social services portal completely eliminates the corruption component when choosing goods / services for people with disabilities. In electronic format, it allows you to independently select a product or service, as well as track the entire process by both the supplier and the recipient.
