In the field of social security and social assistance, one of the important directions is to improve the quality of life, ensure the rights of persons with disabilities, involve the self-employed, unemployed and unqualified in productive employment within the framework of the National Project "Entrepreneurship Development for 2021-2025", social support for low-income families (citizens), placement of a state social order in the non-governmental sector.
For 12 subordinate institutions (11 inpatient and 1 semi-stationary), the budget is 4,887,862 thousand tenge for the provision of special social services for the maintenance of 1,422 foster children.
According to the program "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of employment and the implementation of social programs for the population", 256,064 thousand tenge is planned to support the activities of the Department for the coordination of employment and social programs.
According to the budget program "Social support for the disabled", 107,966 thousand tenge is planned for the manufacture of 1,400 prosthetic and orthopedic products..
