The Regional Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs, in accordance with paragraph 6 of the "Rules for establishing quotas for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution among the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2016 No. 802, begins accepting applications from employers for the need to attract foreign labor to the quota for 2023 year.
Applications are accepted from July 1 to October 1, 2022 through the e-government web portal www.e-gov.kz (eotinish – official appeal to state bodies) in electronic form in the state and Russian languages.
Required list of documents for the application:
1) a cover letter addressed to the head of the UKZSP of the West Kazakhstan Region; in the letter, specify the contact details (valid mobile numbers), the email address of the performers for feedback;
2) a table in two languages indicating the full name of the organization, legal address, BIN/IIN, OKED (type of economic activity), the number of working foreign citizens in the current year (if any), the number of planned to attract foreign labor in 2023 by category.
When filling out the table, it is necessary to provide a full justification for attracting foreign labor, as well as indicate projects planned for implementation in 2023, within the framework of concluded contracts, contracts for the performance of works, the provision of services, etc. (provide copies of contracts indicating the validity period for the coming year).
