Civil budget for 2022
On the Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs

By the decision of the session of the Maslikhat of the West Kazakhstan region dated December 15, 2021 No. 8-1 "On the regional budget for 2022-2024", the management budget was approved in the amount of 11,502,963 thousand tenge, including:
at the expense of the republican budget - 7,876,962.0 thousand tenge,
at the expense of the local budget - 3,626,001.0 thousand tenge.
In the field of social security and social assistance, one of the important directions is to improve the quality of life, ensure the rights of persons with disabilities, involve the self-employed, unemployed and unqualified in productive employment by solving tasks in the third direction "Development of the labor market through the promotion of employment and mobility of labor resources", social support for low-income families (citizens) living below the poverty line, placement of a state social order in the non-governmental sector.
For 13 subordinate institutions (12 inpatient and 1 semi-stationary), the budget is 4,089,381.0 thousand tenge for the provision of special social services for the maintenance of 1,422 foster children.
According to the program "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of employment and the implementation of social programs for the population", 229,657.0 thousand tenge is planned to ensure the activities of the Department for the coordination of employment and social programs.
According to the budget program "Social support for disabled people" 280 132.0 thousand tenge is planned. These funds will be allocated for the following activities:
- for the purchase of 126 wheelchairs,
- for the purchase of 37 sign language equipment,
- for the purchase of 94 portable typhocomputers,
- for the manufacture of 2185 prosthetic and orthopedic products.
Services for the replacement and adjustment of speech processors to cochlear implants for 7 disabled children under the budget program "Services for the replacement and adjustment of speech processors to cochlear implants" 36,015 thousand tenge is planned.
According to the budget program 113 "Targeted current transfers to lower budgets", 6,867,778.0 thousand tenge was allocated. These funds will be sent to employment departments for the following activities:
- 1,879,673 thousand tenge for receiving targeted social assistance of a new format – 19,271 people .,
-484,284 thousand tenge for receiving a guaranteed social package - 4393 people,
-106,031 thousand tenge for providing special social services in the non-governmental sector in a semi-stationary environment - 115 people,
- 7266.0 thousand tenge for providing special social services to victims of human trafficking - 5 people,
-212,152 thousand tenge for providing 1796 disabled people with mandatory hygiene products,
-46 474 thousand tenge for the provision of services of a sign language specialist-243 people,
-99 688 thousand tenge for the expansion of technical auxiliary (compensatory) means -2519 people.,
-711.0 thousand tenge for the provision of single-use catheters - 3 people,
- 59,237 thousand tenge for 640 sign language aids.,
-330,793 thousand tenge for 1782 typhlotechnical aids.,
-161,907 thousand tenge for the provision of sanatorium treatment for 1139 disabled people
-45 112 thousand tenge for the purchase of 318 wheelchairs
-1,182,459 thousand tenge to ensure additional payment to the wages of employees providing special social services in state organizations of social protection of the population-795.4 units.,
