On the formation of a quota for attracting
foreign labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the upcoming 2022
The Regional Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs, in accordance with paragraph 6 of the "Rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution among the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2016 No. 802, begins accepting applications from employers for the need to attract foreign labor to the quota for 2022.
Applications are accepted from July 15 to October 1, 2021 only in electronic form in the state and Russian languages.
The required list of documents for the application:
1) a cover letter addressed to the head of the UKZSP of the WKO; in the letter, specify the contact details (valid mobile numbers), the email address of the performers for feedback;
2) a table in two languages indicating the full name of the organization, legal address, BIN/IIN, OKED (type of economic activity), the number of working foreign citizens in the current year (if available), the number of foreign labor planned to be attracted in 2022 by category.
When filling out the table, it is necessary to provide a full justification for attracting foreign labor, as well as indicate the projects planned for implementation in 2022 within the framework of concluded contracts, contracts for the performance of works, the provision of services, etc. (you do not need to submit a copy of the contract; you must specify the number and term of the contract, as well as the name of the service provided).
In cases of incomplete submission of documents and not in the approved form, the documents will be returned.
