ANALYSIS OF APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL PERSONS WHO COME INTO MANAGEMENT IN 3 MONTHS OF 2021
In accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities", an analysis of applications of individuals and legal entities received by the management for 3 months of 2021 was carried out.
In just 3 months of 2021, the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region received 215 applications from individuals and legal entities, of which 162 applications, 5 complaints, 4 requests and 44 proposals. Of these, 54 are individuals, 161 are legal entities. 215 requests (100%) were executed, 80 requests were clarified, 123 requests were satisfied, 5 requests were redirected, 7 requests denied.
During the reporting period, the department received appeals on:
- social security (material assistance, allowance, a voucher to a sanatorium, payment and regulations for the work of an individual assistant, training for disabled people, providing a list of disabled people, etc.) - 35 (16%);
- employment - 30 (14%);
- labor migration, attraction of foreign labor force - 135 (63%);
- other issues (payment of pensions, provision of housing, government procurement, proof of seniority, collective agreement, entrepreneurship, medical support, issuance of various certificates, wages, education, general issues of everyday life of the population, provision of humanitarian aid, land resources, credit system, etc. etc.) - 15 (7%).
For 3 months of 2021, the head of the department and his deputies held 3 personal receptions of citizens.
