ANALYSIS OF APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL PERSONS WHO COME INTO MANAGEMENT IN 11 MONTHS OF 2020
In accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities", an analysis of applications of individuals and legal entities received by the management for 11 months of 2020 was carried out.
In just 11 months of 2020, the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region received 2803 applications from individuals and legal entities, of which 2632 applications, 37 complaints, 29 requests and 105 proposals. Of these, 2355 are individuals, 448 are legal entities. 2803 requests (100%) were executed, 293 requests were clarified, 137 requests were satisfied, 2370 requests were redirected, 2 requests were written off, 1 call discontinued.
During the reporting period, the department received appeals on:
- social security (material assistance, allowance, a voucher to a sanatorium, payment and regulations for the work of an individual assistant, training for disabled people, providing a list of disabled people, etc.) - 2461 (87.8%);
- employment - 89 (3.2%);
- labor migration, attraction of foreign labor force - 173 (6.2%);
- other issues (payment of pensions, provision of housing, government procurement, proof of seniority, collective agreement, entrepreneurship, medical support, issuance of various certificates, wages, education, general issues of everyday life of the population, provision of humanitarian aid, land resources, credit system, etc. etc.) - 80 (2.8%).
For 11 months of 2020, the head of the department and his deputies held 14 personal receptions of citizens.
