ANALYSIS OF APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES WHO COME INTO MANAGEMENT FOR 12 MONTHS OF 2019
In accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the Procedure for Considering Applications from Individuals and Legal Entities", an analysis of applications from individuals and legal entities received by the management for 12 months of 2019 was carried out.
In just 12 months of 2019, the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region received 340 applications from individuals and legal entities, of which 191 applications, 40 complaints, 29 requests and 80 proposals. Of these, 220 are individuals, 120 are legal entities. 340 appeals (100%) were executed, 266 appeals were clarified, 46 appeals were satisfied, 28 appeals were redirected.
During the reporting period, the department received appeals on:
- social security (material assistance, allowances, a voucher to a sanatorium, payment and regulations for the work of an individual assistant, training for disabled people, providing a list of disabled people, etc.) - 208 (61%);
- employment - 43 (13%);
- other issues (payment of pensions, provision of housing, government procurement, proof of seniority, collective agreement, entrepreneurship, medical support, issuance of various certificates, wages, education, general issues of everyday life of the population, provision of humanitarian aid, land resources, credit system, etc. etc.) - 89 (26%).
For 12 months of 2019, the head of the department and his deputies held 59 personal receptions of citizens.
