Analytical reference to the report
In accordance with the internal control plan approved by the order of the head of the Chingirlau district akim's administration No. 03-106 / 1 dated December 24, 2019, a control audit was carried out for the 3rd quarter of 2020 in the architecture, urban planning and construction department, the land relations and housing and communal services department of the Chingirlau district.
There were no complaints from the service recipients to the local executive body and service providers.
Public services are provided by 8 departments of the regional akimat, as well as 8 akim's offices of rural districts, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated 09/18/2013, in accordance with the Register of public services.
Regulatory legal acts of public services are posted at the location of service providers (in government agencies) and on the Internet resource of the Chingirlau district akimat.
According to the results of internal control over the quality of the provision of public services, rural districts (8) and district departments (8) provided 1819 (1758 individuals and 61 legal entities) public services, of which 365 were provided in paper form, 396 (335 individuals) .persons and 61 legal entities) services (except for those provided through the State Corporation) that could be provided through the web portal of "electronic government" and (or) the State Corporation, that is, on an alternative basis, they were also provided in paper form, 1058 were provided in electronic form through the information systems of the service providers.
The number of public services provided in violation of the established deadlines - 0.
The most demanded state services: "Issuance of referrals to individuals to participate in active forms of employment promotion", "Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies", "Assignment of state targeted social assistance".
In order to improve the quality of the provision of services, as required, meetings and round tables are held with the participation of interested state bodies, public associations, media representatives and service recipients.
In order to increase the level of consciousness of service recipients on the provision of public services, employees of local executive bodies (subordinate organizations), according to the approved media plan, in the regional newspaper "Serpin" regularly publish articles and are posted on the Internet resource of the akim's office of the Chingirlau district.
