Video conferencing using the ZOOM app

Today, September 9, 2020, at 10:00 am, a meeting was held via video conferencing with the ZOOM app under the leadership of Serikzhan Mergenbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Union of builders of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by the head of the Seitkali Department Bauyrzhan Bolat-uly, representatives of other state institutions and construction companies, as well as employees of the Union of builders of Kazakhstan.

The following topics were discussed during the meeting:

Monopolization of the market in public procurement.
The discussion of the possibility of providing payment by installments/deferred payment of taxes for the 2019-2020 year for SMEs.
Tax audits and the Recognition of transactions void.
Automation and acceleration of approval of urban planning documentation. Lack of a common base with applied engineering networks, buildings, and constructed objects. The digitalization of the cadastre.
Demolition of housing. Problems and solutions.
Problems related to engineering infrastructure.
Revision of standards in a smaller direction for Parking spaces in built-in Parking lots in MZHK under construction. Cancellation of construction of Parking spaces in built-in Parking lots in MZHK under construction, for economy class.
