The Department of Public Procurement of the West Kazakhstan region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) conducted an analysis of the received applications from individuals and representatives of legal entities for 10 months of 2020.
So, for 10 months of 2020, the Department received 70 (including 7 duplicates) (2019 - 55) applications from individuals and representatives of legal entities, which is 27% more than in the same period in 2019. Of these, applications - 14 (2019 -15), complaints - 9 (including 2 duplicates) (2019 - 6), requests - 8 (2019 - 5), proposals - 38 (including 5 duplicates) (2019 - 29 ) and the response is 1 (2019 - 0).
Out of the number of appeals received, the Department redirected to other bodies - 3 (including 1 duplicate) appeals, reviewed - 65 (including 6 duplicates) appeals, on execution - 2.
Based on the results of consideration, an explanation was given - 29, satisfied - 32, refused - 4, terminated - 0.
There were no violations in terms of consideration of applications.
The employees of the Department are constantly improving their work with citizens' appeals. To date, a clear system of work with appeals has been established, from their receipt to control and execution of the decision.
It is worth noting that compliance by individuals and representatives of legal entities with the requirements of the legislation on the procedure for considering citizens' appeals helps to timely and qualitatively consider and resolve their issues.
