The internal analysis of corruption risks was carried out on the basis of the order of the head of the department dated September 24, 2020 No. НҚ-548 "On conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution" Department of Public Procurement of the West Kazakhstan region "(hereinafter referred to as the Department).
The analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks was compiled under the guidance of the head of the department, BA Nietkaliyeva, and the head of the department for monitoring and analysis of public procurement, Zh.B. Mukhambetzhanov. together with the chief specialist of the administrative department Zhumagaliev A.N.
The period for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks is from September 24 to October 5, 2020.

The Department is a structural subdivision of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region, which provides leadership in the field of public procurement in the West Kazakhstan region.
The Department carries out its activities on the basis of a certificate of state registration of a legal entity dated February 03, 2015, registered with the Justice Department of the city of Uralsk of the Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan region in accordance with the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts , as well as the Regulation of the Office, approved by the Resolution of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region.
