Opening of a military camp in West Kazakhstan region

New facilities of the territorial defense brigade have been commissioned in Uralsk, implemented on behalf of the head of state. Construction of the military camp began in 2023. The first stage of the construction of the town was completed and commissioned by the military. At the initial stage, the headquarters of the military unit, two barracks, a checkpoint, a parade ground and access roads were put into operation. Subsequently, it is planned to build educational and sports buildings, a canteen, a club, warehouses and the development of a technical territory. Akim of the West Kazakhstan region Nariman Toregaliev, First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Sultan Kamaletdinov and veterans of the Armed Forces took part in the grand opening of the new facilities of military unit No. 99250 of the Armed Forces.
