Today, the construction of the microdistrict "Akzhaiyk" in Uralsk is being intensively carried out. The construction of 25 residential buildings is provided for in the microdistrict at the expense of budgetary funds. Also, the detailed planning project provides for the construction of 56 social facilities, 3 schools (1500 students), 4 sports complexes, 9 kindergartens, 2 clinics, 4 playgrounds and boulevard parks.
To date, construction work has begun in the central and southern parts of the microdistrict. At the expense of budgetary funds, engineering networks of power supply, water supply, gas supply and sewerage with a length of 138.8 km, with a total cost of 4.2 billion tenge, were brought to the microdistrict.
Currently, in the Akzhaiyk microdistrict, at the expense of budgetary funds, 9 multi-apartment residential buildings are being built (of which the keys to apartments in 7 houses will be handed over to residents in the III quarter of 2024), a rehabilitation center for 150 places and intra-quarter roads.
In addition, to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the engineering networks of the microdistrict, at the expense of budgetary funds, it is planned to begin construction of a booster pumping station and a sewage pumping station this year.
